Today we look at a passage where Jesus stands in the gap for tax collectors and sinners. While He loves and extends mercy to these sinners He calls out the religious leaders and pharisees to 'go learn what it means to live out mercy' and not just sacrifice. May we be a people who live in a posture of mercy as we live as followers of Jesus.
