As we continue our series in Jonah we look more at the Ninevites response of repentance to God's message for them. We see that they respond to God with and inward belief and outward actions. At the same time we also see God's response to true repentance as he relents of the destruction and extends mercy. This story shows us an example of what God continues to do for us. God is still responding to repentance today with His mercy and grace through His son Jesus Christ. May we consider our response to God today.
